Members of the Dublin City Interfaith Forum gathered at Mansion House in Dublin to mark the International Day of Peace 2023. Speakers from An Garda Síochána, the Community of Sant'Egidio, representatives of different religions and students from a Dublin secondary school presented their thoughts on peace and explored the question of how we can become and remain peacekeepers ourselves. The day, which was held at the invitation of the Lord Mayor in the Oak Room, was concluded with a joint statement for peace by the various religious representatives from Dublin in the garden of the Mansion House.
